Postpartum Doula & Newborn Care Specialist

Support Once Your Baby Arrives

My goal is to help ease the transition of welcoming a baby to your family. The postpartum period brings many changes physically and emotionally. My desire is to help and support you with information, resources, and practical assistance around the home and with your newborn.

What is a Postpartum Doula

A professional caregiver who provides support to new mothers after they give birth. Their primary focus is on the mother, offering her emotional and physical support.

What is a Newborn Care Specialist

A professional caregiver specializing in providing support and care to newborns. A NCS has extensive experience in newborn care. Their primary focus is on the baby. They will provide education to parents and hands on care for the baby.

You don’t have to choose between a postpartum doula and a newborn care specialist!

Many of the roles between the two are overlapping, but whether you would like more parent centered care, or more infant centered care, we can discuss your needs and I am happy to accommodate at whatever capacity will serve your family the best.
